1. Duration: 2024.4.15-5.5

2. Participation: Join the campaign through the Segway-Ninebot APP, the system will automatically assign a team to you. Once teaming up successfully, you will receive a memorial medal for the Earth Day.

3. Rules:

– You can participate in the Segway Earth Day Mileage Campaign through the landing page, complete the daily tasks, and accumulate the riding mileage for your team.

– The daily riding mileage will be accumulated to the total mileage of the team on the second day.

* Please ensure that your vehicle is connected to the Segway-Ninebot APP via Bluetooth before riding, otherwise the mileage will not be recorded.

– When the total riding mileage of each team reaches a new milestone, the corresponding medals and discount coupons for the Segway Official Store* will be unlocked.

*Discount coupons can be applied on purchases of selected products on store.segway.com. Discount coupons can be stacked with discounted products which are on sale now, but cannot be used for purchases of refurbished models, spare parts, and accessories.

*You can share discount coupons with your friends.

*Each discount coupon can only be used once.

*All discount coupons are valid until May 19^th, 2024.

*Segway reserves the final interpretation of the rules.

4.When the activity ends, the top 50 riders in each team will receive an extra Segway-Ninebot Gift Package*.

*Each winner will have own exclusive gift code, and each code can only be used once.

*Winners can enter the gift redemption page through the APP, enter the code when checkout, fill in the shipping address, and complete the redemption.

*Winners need to redeem the gifts package before May 12^th, 2024.

*The Gift Package will be shipped within 2 weeks after the order redemption is completed. If not redeemed, the gift cannot be shipped.

5. By posting your photos in the Segway-Ninebot App during the Segway Earth Day Campaign, you explicitly authorize Segway to use your posted photos for official promotional purposes. The pictures will be credited to you when used.

6. Segway reserves the final interpretation of the campaign.

7. Waiver of Class Action and Class Arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree that any disputes and/or controversies that one party may have against the other party (including its affiliates, shareholder, employees, officers and directors) arising out of and/or relating to the relationship of the parties of this campaign, under these rules, at law and/or in equity, including the matters subject to arbitration or otherwise, shall be resolved by binding individual and not class or representative arbitration. This agreement to arbitrate all disputes shall apply no matter by whom or against whom the claim is filed. Arbitral tribunal shall not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. Each party agrees that it will not bring, join or participate in any class action as to any claim, dispute or controversy it may have against the other party (including its affiliates, shareholder, employees, officers and directors). The parties waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action or arbitration either as a class representative or a class member. This waiver of class action, or class or representative arbitration’s scope is broad and includes without limitation, any claims relating to any aspect of the relationship between the parties. This agreement is not a waiver of any of your rights and remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as a class action in binding arbitration as provided above.
